Refund policy

Important Note: MESHRUE ONLY accepts returns for refunds. NO EXCHANGES are offered under any circumstances.

1. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your order. No returns will be accepted after the deadline.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, items must meet all the following requirements:
  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no stains, no odor, no snags or scratches
  • Original tags, labels, accessories and packaging are fully intact
  • No alteration, ironing, cleaning or personal damage
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return standards.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

  • Items returned after 30-day return window
  • Items with obvious wear, usage marks, damage or cleaning traces
  • Missing tags, broken packaging, unable to be resold
  • Final sale, discounted or clearance items (marked on product page)

4. Refund Policy (No Exchanges)

MESHRUE does NOT offer exchanges, size swaps or color swaps. If you are unsatisfied with the size, style or fit, you may return the item for a full refund and place a new order.

5. Shipping Fee Rule

  • Customer-initiated returns (size issue, personal dislike): Return shipping fees are covered by the customer.
  • Defective / wrong item returns: We cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

6. Return Process

1. Email our customer service with your order number, return reason and item photos.
2. Wait for our verification and official return instructions.
3. Securely pack your item and ship it back to our return address.
4. We will inspect your returned item and process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving the package.
