4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping time is affected by order volume, logistics conditions, holidays and weather factors. MESHRUE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics, force majeure factors, or customer’s delayed receipt.
It is your responsibility to check the package status in a timely manner and sign for the package. Lost packages caused by long-term unclaimed delivery will not be borne by our brand.
5. Return & Refund Rules
We support standard 30-day return and refund services (refer to our independent Return & Refund Policy for detailed rules). All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, intact, with original tags and packaging, and free of stains, damage and peculiar smells.
Customized products, clearance items, and intimate apparel arefinal sale and do not support return or exchange. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the items have quality problems, shipping errors, or manufacturing defects confirmed by our official team.
