Delivery Terms & Restrictions

- Invalid or Partial Delivery Address: MESHRUE takes no accountability for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping details submitted by buyers.
- PO Boxes: Standard delivery to PO Boxes is accessible where supported by our partnered logistics providers.
- Military Mailing Addresses: We are currently unable to deliver to APO, FPO and DPO military locations.
- Unclaimed Parcels: Any shipments sent back to our warehouse due to failed pickup will incur extra delivery fees if you request a second resend.
- Address Modifications: We cannot adjust your shipping address once your order has entered our processing workflow.
Lost & Damaged Shipments
MESHRUE bears no liability for goods that go missing or sustain breakage while in transit with third-party couriers.
If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please reach out directly to the delivery carrier to file an official compensation claim.

Overseas shipments may be subject to customs duties, import levies and additional local administrative fees set by your receiving country.
